Espero

Espero translates to “I hope” in spanish. We are a startup milktea company owned by two young entrepreneur. They currently have one branch and is located in our hometown. Aiming to grow and open more branches in Cebu City, Philippines. It all started for fun and a simple stand, right now they are constructing espero’s new store at their hometown. Also we are planning to add lemonade and fruit tea. In line with their upcoming new look they want to rebrand. Not just because they will have a new store but also they are afraid of being sued for copyright since old logo was derived from Macao Imperial tea. They want to look original, unique, and compete with big milktea company in Cebu. Their products are cheap but they dont want to look one, instead they want to have an instagrammable look.

Espero

The mark is inspired from the Ancient American hope symbol. Surprisingly the mark also looks like a bottom of a cup with black pearls around it. The client also likes the slogan that I added. For the color I decided to use the same color from the old logo as its still a best color for food and to save budget for the company as most of their stuffs are already based on the black and red color. Also that its not that hard for them to transition stuffs to the new brand.

"I reached out to Jief due to a problem with my old logo. He immediately helped me with it and treat me as a real deal client than a friend which I really appreciated. He even provided me with helpful strategies and ideas which worked as we were able to get more customers."
